3. Nature of Estimates

Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost prepared using industry-standard methods and current cost data. They are not guarantees of actual construction cost, bid results or contractor pricing. Actual costs may vary because of market conditions, labor availability, material price changes, design changes, site conditions, means and methods, schedule and other factors outside our control. You remain responsible for reviewing the estimate, verifying quantities and pricing, and making final bidding and business decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete, legible and current drawings, specifications and addenda.
• Clearly communicate the required scope, trades, deadline and project location.
• Notify us promptly of any revisions, addenda or changes.
• Review deliverables and report questions within a reasonable time after delivery.

5. Quotes, Fees and Payment

6. Revisions

Minor revisions within the original scope are included as stated in your quote. Revisions caused by new drawings, addenda, added trades or changed scope may be billed as additional work after you approve a revised quote.

7. Turnaround Times

Delivery dates are estimates based on the information available when the project is accepted. Delays caused by incomplete documents, late addenda, scope changes or late client responses may extend delivery.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. If work has started, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Once an estimate is delivered, fees are non-refundable, but we will correct any errors attributable to us at no charge.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your project documents and estimates confidential and use them only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you may use the delivered estimate for your own business purposes. Our templates, methods, software outputs, Website content, logo and branding remain our property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You confirm that you have the right to share the drawings and documents you send us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fee paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost bids or project delays.
